Shipping Policy

At ZEROSTAGNANT, we are committed to getting your high-performance apparel to you as efficiently as possible. Because we focus on elite execution, every order is processed with care to ensure it meets our standard before it leaves our facility.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Fulfilment Window: All orders require a 1 to 3 business day processing and production period before they are handed off to our shipping carriers.

  • Business Days: Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Tracking: As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can follow its momentum.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has completed the 1–3 day processing window, the estimated delivery timelines vary by destination:

Australia 10 – 30 business days

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our postal carriers. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to local customs processing, regional shipping volumes, or external logistical factors.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international customers (outside of our primary fulfilment hubs):

  • Orders shipped across international borders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

  • These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. ZEROSTAGNANT does not control or collect these fees.

4. Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. Because we strive to push orders into the processing phase immediately, we cannot guarantee address modifications can be made after an order is placed.
